7 Inspection & Test Results:

Our primary goal is to eradicate the problems at the primitive level so as to avoid any delay in the project implementation level. This integrated with stage inspections employing stringent quality standards helps not only in saving precious time during erection and commissioning but also in ensuring sustainable equipment performance. The inspection & test results of materials & equipment are identified by the use of marking, tags, labels, inspection records, physical location or other suitable means which indicate the conformance or non-conformance of product with regards to inspection performed.

8 Supervision of Start-up Tests and Commissioning

We provide supervision of Start-up services & commissioning of equipments. Perform comprehensive inspection prior to dry run testing of completed pro­ject systems and components and submit report of findings to the Employer’s site management.

Monitor proper checking and calibration of the instruments required during commissioning and testing of the project system and components. Supervise the checking of all project components for proper functioning, as well as the dry run tests commissioning and testing of subsystems and the entire project. Our specialist helps to establish a list of all defects, deficiencies, shortages, etc. prior to provisional taking-over of the project and prepare, in consultation with the Contractor a comprehensive programme for correction and/or completion of such defects and deficiencies, etc. and report the results to the Employer.

9 Detailed Civil & Structural Engineering (Thro’ reputed third party)

9.1 DETAILED ENGINEERING - General

Cemcore adopt safe and cost effective design solutions, consistent with serviceability criteria and to prepare the necessary drawings, specifications, estimates.
Break down and scheduling of various sub activities such as soil investigation / top graphic survey to be carried out at site.

9.2DETAILED ENGINEERING– Civil, Structural & Architectural

Based on owner’s layout, general arrangement drawings, load data, foundation drawings design and engineering has to be done so that necessary construction drawings can be prepared for the construction activity to be carried out at site.

Preparation of cost effective final plant layout based on the machinery ordered by the owner.
Consultants shall prepare all drawings and BOQ taking into consideration of available steel / structural sections in the local market. In principle, design work shall be based on BS norms.
Integration of all civil structure, plant and machinery to ensure the desired process flow and output with respect to various machinery suppliers GA Drawings.
For various non plant building consultant will prepare Civil and Structural design and construction drawings based on BS standard such as General arrangement and R/F detailed drawings for RCC building including bar bending schedule, Architectural drawings, Bill of material for procurement purpose and G.A and fabrication drawings for steel structure etc.
Preparation of structural G.A. drawings for platforms, staircase/ ladders, structural supports etc. in structural steel wherever applicable in the plant buildings along with detailed fabrication drawings.
Preparation of various detailed fabrication & erection drawings for complete plant.
Preparation of the architectural drawings for the building where ever required.
The consultant shall prepare preliminary drawings after collecting basic data from machinery suppliers.
The consultant shall prepare final working drawings including bar bending schedule and insert plates and issue a soft copy for construction. Original tracings (or CD) will also be given by the consultant to the owner for making reproducible / hard copies by them. Structural Steel Drawings shall be detailed enough for shop fabrication, assembling and erection at site.
The consultant shall submit the excavation drawing.
The consultant shall furnish section wise Bill of Material for procurement of structural steel and reinforcement including wastage % considered in the estimates.
Preparation of final as built drawings and documents.
Supervision, guidance and checking of the civil construction, structural fabrication & erection work in accordance with drawings, specifications, established engineering practice and in compliance to the contract and time schedules. Follow-up and evaluate progress of Civil construction, Structural fabrication & erection work.
